Ceramic Tiles
GraviTile uses exclusive ceramic tiles from hand-picked Italian manufacturers, which are further refined in our factory. In this way, we guarantee our customers only materials of the highest quality.
Manufacturing
Carefully selected raw materials such as clay, feldspar and quartz sand are used to produce the high-quality ceramic tiles. These are mixed into a slip and colored with mineral substances such as cobalt, chromium, iron and manganese. The mixture is then processed into a fine powder and pressed into shape, creating the unique surface structure of the tile.
Using state-of-the-art inkjet printing technology, the tiles can be printed with a variety of patterns and colors, including realistic replicas of marble, wood, metal, concrete and terazzo. The tiles can also be treated with special glazes, which form a protective glass layer when fired and make the surface completely waterproof.
After the drying process, the tiles are fired at high temperatures, which solidifies the material and compacts the surface. The resulting tile is extremely stable, has low porosity and hardly absorbs any water, even without glaze. This makes it suitable as a reliable floor covering of the highest quality, even when temperatures fluctuate.
Processing
In our factory, the exquisite Italian ceramic tiles are refined with the innovative GraviTile system. Each tile is equipped with a magnetic layer and spacers to ensure precise joint spacing.
Matching pressure distribution plates are also manufactured to create a harmonious overall appearance. A special leveling layer is applied to level out unevenness in the floor, while a metal coating ensures perfect adhesion of the tiles. We refine every tile for your flooring with attention to detail and the highest precision.

The unique GraviTile tiles are characterized by their patented precision connection, which allows them to be artfully laid in an offset manner. This means there are almost no limits to creativity when designing patterns, while at the same time ensuring a perfect joint pattern.
